The trust runs several cottage industries under BEST that provides a source of livelihood to several deprived women of the community. It arranges for employment of several poor people in activities like food processing, packaging and marketing. Currently several products like Birasta (Fried Processed Onion), Khakra & papad (Local variants of spiced Breads), and many others are packaged and sold.
